Job summary

Talent Bridge HR Consultancy Dubai is seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee technology infrastructure, systems, networks, and cybersecurity across a multi-entity group in Dubai. The role emphasizes operational excellence, compliance, and strategic IT alignment.

You will manage IT teams and external vendors, drive innovative projects, and ensure uptime, data security, and budget control in a fast-growing emirate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field; Masters preferred.
• Hands-on experience with networking, systems administration, cloud platforms, and ERP systems.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, ITIL, or other IT governance frameworks.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute IT strategies aligned with the group's objectives.
• Lead deployment of new technologies and system upgrades across the group.
• Recommend and implement best practices for continuous IT improvement.
