Job summary

AlFuttaim in Dubai is looking for a Cloud Security Engineer to support technology and digital operations. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining security controls across cloud environments.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 1 to 3 years of experience in IT security. The role offers competitive salary and a collaborative work culture with opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in IT security, network administration, cloud operations, or a similar technical role.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals and cloud platforms such as Azure, OCI, or AWS.
• Familiarity with cloud-native security features including IAM, security groups, Defender for Cloud, GuardDuty, and Sentinel.
• Awareness of common security principles such as zero trust and least privilege.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support for security controls including network firewalls and cloud security services.
• Monitor and support response to security incidents, managing escalations in line with internal procedures.
• Support vulnerability management and coordinate remediation activities.
• Assist with implementation of new security controls and automation of routine tasks.
• Collaborate with teams to integrate security best practices.
• Support internal reviews, audits, and continuous security improvement initiatives.
