Job summary

Walkers is a leading international law firm with a Dubai office. The Systems Support Analyst provides a day-to-day interface for the IT Helpdesk, supporting Windows, Microsoft Office, Aderant Expert and iManage for lawyers and staff across Dubai and our global offices.

This on-site role requires excellent communication and customer service, strong technical knowledge of Windows, AD and deployment tools, and the ability to work five days per week with occasional after-hours support and travel to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• Excellent knowledge of Windows operating systems & Active Directory.
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM in SLA-driven environments.

Responsibilities

• End-user IT support and incident logging via ServiceNow.
• Software installation and maintenance of Office and related apps.
• Mobile devices, VoIP, AV and video-conferencing support.
• Hardware installation and maintenance; warranty coordination.
• User provisioning and Joiners/Movers/Leavers processes.
• Collaborate with global IT teams and assist with systems administration.
