Job summary

Wall Street English Dubai is seeking experienced International Student Recruitment Agents to drive Dubai’s growth as a destination for English language education. The successful candidate will recruit and place international students, manage agent networks, and achieve agreed sales and enrollment targets.

This role is not suitable for entry-level candidates. The position offers in-person duties with potential remote work and requires previous experience in international student recruitment and

Qualifications

• Proven experience in international student recruitment.
• Direct experience recruiting students for English language programs.
• Experience managing international agent networks.
• Strong understanding of student visa processes and admissions workflows.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and place international students into Wall Street English programs in Dubai.
• Promote Dubai as a destination for English language study.
• Manage and leverage international agent networks.
• Develop new recruitment channels and partnerships where applicable.
• Guide students through the full recruitment lifecycle: enquiry, program selection, visa coordination, enrollment and arrival coordination.
• Liaise with admissions, academic and visa teams; meet and exceed sales and enrollment targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and pipelines.
• Represent Wall Street English professionally with agents, students, and partners.
