Dubai Design Practice in Dubai seeks an Interior Design Lead to steer high-end projects from concept to IFC, leading a multidisciplinary team in a BIM-led workflow. The role demands exceptional leadership, client-facing excellence, and strong Revit proficiency to ensure design intent is delivered across multiple UAE projects.

The candidate will mentor designers, coordinate with architects and consultants, and drive design quality and documentation standards to time and budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in interior design, architecture, or related field.
• Proven leadership experience in high-end interior design projects.
• Strong Revit proficiency and BIM coordination experience.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Experience in UAE/GCC market.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the interior design team across multiple projects
