Job summary

Jak Consultancy in Dubai is seeking an Interior Design Lead to steer the interiors team, delivering high-end projects across the UAE. The role demands leadership of design direction, team management, and seamless project delivery from concept to execution.

The ideal candidate will be technically strong with advanced Revit skills, capable of BIM-led coordination and documentation, and able to coordinate with architects, consultants and clients to achieve design excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Proven senior leadership or Design Director/Head of Design experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and BIM coordination.
• Experience in UAE/GCC market with client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

We are currently partnering with a well-established design practice in Dubai that is looking to appoint an Interior Design Lead to join and lead their growing interiors team. This is a senior leadership opportunity for a strong creative and technical design professional with proven experience delivering high-end interior projects across the UAE market. The role requires someone who can lead design direction, manage teams, oversee project delivery, and drive design excellence from concept through to execution.

While the role is heavily focused on Interior Design, candidates must also be technically strong and highly proficient in Revit, with the ability to oversee BIM-led design coordination and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the interior design team across multiple projects
