Job summary

AE Recruitment presents a Dubai-based boutique architecture studio seeking a proactive BIM Architect to translate bold design into precise, buildable documentation for hospitality, healthcare and high-end residential projects.

You will own BIM workflows across live projects, coordinate multi-disciplinary models using Revit and Autodesk Construction Cloud, perform model health checks, resolve clashes, and communicate technical decisions clearly to non-technical colleagues.

Qualifications

Architectural background and understanding of construction, not just software.
Advanced skills in BIM, Revit, and ACC.
Excellent communication, organisation and coordination.
Detail-oriented with clean, well-organised models and documentation.
Experience across varied project types and building typologies.
Collaborative, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

Own and manage BIM workflows and standards across live projects.
Coordinate multidisciplinary models and resolve clashes.
Support design teams with technical troubleshooting and documentation quality control.
Act as a bridge between design intent and technical execution.
Contribute to BIM protocols and standards as the practice scales.
