Qualifications

We are currently partnering with a well-established design practice in Dubai that is looking to appoint an Interior Design Lead to join and lead their growing interiors team. This is a senior leadership opportunity for a strong creative and technical design professional with proven experience delivering high-end interior projects across the UAE market. The role requires someone who can lead design direction, manage teams, oversee project delivery, and drive design excellence from concept through to execution. While the role is heavily focused on Interior Design, candidates must also be technically strong and highly proficient in Revit, with the ability to oversee BIM-led design coordination and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the interior design team across multiple projects
• Drive creative design direction and oversee concept development
