Job summary

Abroad Work in Dubai is seeking an experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure top quality service. You will lead staff, manage shifts, monitor inventory, and uphold health and safety standards while delivering authentic Indian cuisine experiences.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent English communication, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Accommodation is not provided, visa support is available.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and cultural norms.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus)
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Good leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
• Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
• Train and manage staff members, including scheduling shifts and conducting performance evaluations
• Monitor stock levels and place orders when necessary
• Maintain food quality standards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Create and implement marketing strategies to increase revenue
• Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise
• Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accuracy
• Prepare financial reports and manage budgeting for the restaurant
