Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager, preferably in an Indian restaurant setting.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene practices.
• Proficient in budgeting, inventory management, and cost control techniques.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and staff.
• Hire and train staff; manage inventory and budgeting.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and address complaints promptly.
• Develop strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and maintain cleanliness standards.
