Executive Chef - Indian Cuisine (Contract)



We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef specializing in Indian cuisine to join our team in Dubai. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire kitchen operations and ensuring the quality, consistency, and presentation of our Indian dishes.

Responsibilities:
- Create and update menus, incorporating new and traditional Indian dishes
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques
- Manage inventory and ensure timely ordering of ingredients
- Oversee food preparation, plating, and presentation to maintain high standards
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Collaborate with management on cost control measures
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

Requirements:
