The Executive Chef is responsible for leading the culinary direction of the restaurant. They will be in charge of creating menus, training staff, and overseeing kitchen operations. Additionally, they must ensure that all dishes are prepared in accordance with the highest quality and safety standards. The Executive Chef also manages all purchasing decisions related to food and ingredients as well as forecasting food costs.

They must possess excellent organizational skills, knowledge of international cuisine trends, and an eye for detail when it comes to food presentation and plating techniques.
