We are hiring a skilled and experienced Indian Chef to join our team in Ajman. As an Indian Chef, you will be responsible for creating authentic and delicious Indian dishes for our customers. Your main duties will include preparing and cooking food, managing kitchen operations, and maintaining high food quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create traditional and modern Indian dishes according to menu specifications
- Manage kitchen staff and delegate tasks effectively
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Train new kitchen staff on menu items, recipes, and procedures
- Collaborate with other chefs to develop new menu items or specials

Requirements:
