General Motors is seeking a CRM Operations Specialist in Dubai to manage day-to-day customer lifecycle marketing and CRM operations across the Middle East and Africa. The role requires coordinating direct marketing across email, WhatsApp and other channels, while supporting lead management and dealer handoffs.

A hybrid work arrangement means reporting to the Dubai office at least three days per week with some remote days.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in CRM, marketing operations, or related field.
• Fluent written and spoken English; strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Improve regional lead management across sales, service, and inquiries.
• Monitor lead performance and optimize conversion and handoffs to dealer teams.
• Coordinate lifecycle journeys across email, WhatsApp, and other channels.
• Manage audience selection, data validation, campaign setup, scheduling and testing.
• Maintain CRM systems, data flows, integrations, testing, releases, and defect resolution.
• Prepare recurring reports and dashboards on lead volumes and engagement.
