Qualifications

• 2–5 years of HR operations, recruitment, or personnel administration.
• Knowledge of recruitment procedures, employee relations, and HR documentation.
• Familiarity with UAE employment practices and HR regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HRMS is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment activities from job descriptions to interviews.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.

• Monitor attendance, leave, and HR-related records.
• Assist payroll with attendance and employee data.
• Respond to employee inquiries on HR policies and benefits.
• Support performance management, engagement, and staff development.
• Coordinate training programs and track training records.
• Assist management with HR reports and workforce planning.
• Ensure HR practices comply with UAE regulations and company policy.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
