Kazamer Tax Consultant in Dubai is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join our finance team. You will support daily financial operations, maintain accurate records, and work closely with senior professionals to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of finance experience, a degree in accounting, and strong Excel skills. This role offers growth in a growing consultancy with exposure to VAT, audits, and real-world financial processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, commerce or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting or bookkeeping.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (Tally/QuickBooks/ERP).

Responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions and maintain accounting records.
• Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and supporting documents.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Perform bank reconciliations and verify financial transactions.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial and management reports.
• Maintain financial files, ledgers and documentation.
• Process expense claims and monitor petty cash transactions.
• Support VAT documentation, tax filing and audit preparation.
• Update accounting software and ensure data accuracy.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding invoices and payments.
