Job summary

Inspirations GCC is a Dubai-based recruitment and HR consultancy seeking an HR Executive to join a growing group of companies in Dubai. The role requires 2–3 years of UAE experience, strong organisational skills, and the ability to hit the ground running.

You will manage day-to-day HR operations, employee records, onboarding, and HR administration in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai with a salary range of AED 3,500–5,000 per month.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of UAE experience as an HR Executive.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to hit the ground running.
• Knowledge of UAE labour law and HR best practices will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day HR operations, including employee records, onboarding and HR administration.
• Coordinate with employees and management to answer HR-related queries.
• Ensure HR processes are followed accurately and on time.
