Responsibilities

• Scale the portfolio: 8–10 new units per month.
• Execute high-volume outreach: cold calling, door-knocking, digital prospecting.
• Build and nurture an agent network across Dubai.
• Own the pitch: conduct viewings, present models, and manage the sales process.
• Monitor market trends to sharpen HAVN's value proposition.
• Identify and close partnerships with property owners and developers.
