Job summary

JLL in Dubai is seeking a motivated Graduate Analyst to join the Office Building Services team. You will support operational and financial management of premium office properties, gaining hands-on experience in facilities management, client relations, and building operations.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or engineering and possess strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills, with excellent communication in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Facilities Management, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of office buildings and inspections.
• Assist with budget preparation, expense tracking, and monthly reports.
• Support client relationship management and tenant communications.
• Maintain property databases and generate regular performance reports.
• Assist with building improvement projects and tenant fit-outs.
• Help ensure compliance with local regulations and JLL quality standards.
