JLL Dubai is seeking a Graduate Analyst to join the Strategic Consulting team. You will work with senior consultants and partners on high‑impact real estate projects across the MENA region, developing analytical and problem‑solving skills.

You will conduct market research, support strategy development, build financial models, and prepare client‑facing deliverables. This role offers a structured graduate development program with exposure to diverse sectors and locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Real Estate, Strategy, Finance, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with data interpretation ability.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word; familiarity with Tableau/Power BI is advantageous.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic proficiency is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Research and analysis: conduct real estate market and industry research, synthesize findings into actionable insights.
• Strategic analysis: develop real estate strategies, assess portfolio performance, space utilization and cost optimization.
• Financial modeling: build models to evaluate investment scenarios and development feasibility.
• Client project delivery: support engagements, coordinate deliverables, and assist in stakeholder communications.
• Presentation development: create clear executive‑level presentations and data visuals.
• Industry and market intelligence: monitor trends, policy changes, and indicators across markets.
• Benchmarking and metrics: establish KPIs and measure portfolio efficiency.
