Job summary

Caliber Brands is hiring a Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 3 years of FP&A experience to join its Dubai finance team. The role focuses on budgeting, forecasting and management reporting, delivering actionable insights to support strategic decisions.

The ideal candidate will have strong Excel modelling skills, familiarity with ERP systems and Power BI, and be able to partner with Sales and Operations to drive profitability and efficiency across units in the UAE.

Qualifications

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) - Mandatory.
Minimum 3 years of FP&A, financial analysis, budgeting or management reporting.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modelling and data analysis.
Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting and profitability analysis.
Experience with ERP systems and Power BI is advantageous.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet strict reporting deadlines.

Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Budgeting: Prepare annual budgets, forecasts and business plans.
Monitor performance against budgets and forecasts; conduct variance analyses.
Prepare monthly MIS reports, P&L statements and dashboards; analyze profitability by divisions, brands and channels.
Develop financial models to evaluate performance and growth opportunities.
Monitor KPIs; support pricing decisions, cost optimization and margin improvement.
Collaborate with Sales and Operations to evaluate financial performance and support strategic planning.
