Job summary

Caliber Brands in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, invites a qualified FP&A professional to join its finance team. The role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and business performance analysis to drive strategic decisions.

You will collaborate with Sales and Operations, develop financial models, and deliver insights to senior management. CA is mandatory with 3+ years of UAE/GCC experience preferred.

Qualifications

Job Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Financial Planning Budgeting

• Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts and business plans


• Monitor actual performance against budgets and forecasts


• Conduct variance analysis and identify key business performance drivers

Management Reporting MIS

• Prepare monthly MIS reports, P L statements and management dashboards


• Analyse profitability across business divisions, products, brands and sales channels


• Present financial insights and recommendations to senior management

Financial Analysis Business Performance

• Analyse revenue, gross margins, operating expenses and profitability


• Develop financial models to evaluate business performance and growth opportunities


• Monitor key financial and operational KPIs


• Support pricing decisions, cost optimisation and margin improvement initiatives

Business Partnering Decision Support

• Collaborate with Sales, Operations and other departments to evaluate financial performance


• Support management in strategic planning and commercial decision-making


• Identify opportunities for improving operational efficiency and profitability

Qualification

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) - Mandatory


• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in FP&A, financial analysis, budgeting, or management reporting


• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modelling and data analysis


• Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis


• Experience with ERP systems and Power BI will be an added advantage


• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills


• Ability to work independently and meet strict reporting deadlines


• Experience in FMCG, Consumer Electronics, Trading, Retail, or Distribution industries


• Prior UAE/GCC experience will be an advantage but is not mandatory
