Job summary

You will collaborate with Sales and Operations, develop financial models, and deliver insights to senior management. CA is mandatory with 3+ years of UAE/GCC experience preferred.

Qualifications

• CA is mandatory.
• 3+ years in FP&A, budgeting, or management reporting.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and Power BI a plus.
• Experience in FMCG/retail or distribution preferred.
• UAE/GCC experience advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare annual budgets, forecasts and business plans.
• Monitor performance against budgets and forecasts.
• Conduct variance analysis and identify business drivers.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports, P&L statements and dashboards.
• Analyze profitability across divisions and channels.
• Present insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations for strategic decisions.
