Job summary

Caliberly is seeking a Manager – Financial Strategy in Dubai to lead financial strategy, invest­ ment analysis, and business case evaluations. The role focuses on driving performance through CAPEX scrutiny and robust management reporting.

The ideal candidate will have 7-9 years of experience, a CA qualification, and expertise in SAP ERP, PMO functions, and audit governance. This is a full-time Dubai-based position within the Finance department.

Qualifications

• 7-9 years of experience in finance leadership roles.
• Experience implementing transformation programs and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy development, business case evaluations, and investment analysis to support decision-making.
• Oversee CAPEX and investment evaluations, including ROI, NPV, IRR, and sensitivity analyses, with recommended actions.
• Own monthly MIS and management reporting; ensure accuracy, timeliness, and insightful analyses.
• Monitor Budget vs. Actual performance across units and highlight risks and opportunities.
• Coordinate monthly consolidation of financial statements and ensure timely reporting.
• Drive variance and profitability analysis to identify drivers and actionable recommendations.
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and reforecasting with Challenge of assumptions.
• Develop financial models and long-term plans to support strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with business, commercial, operations, and finance teams to improve performance.
