Job summary

ADIV Human Resources Consultancies, L.L.C in the UAE seeks a CA-qualified Senior Financial Analyst with 5+ years of UAE experience to drive FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and business analysis for senior management.

You will develop financial models, provide commercial insights, support investments and pricing initiatives, and contribute to revenue and ROI improvements. Annual compensation is AED 20,000–25,000 plus medical insurance, visa and self air-ticket.

Qualifications

• CA – mandatory.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience.
• Currently working as a Senior Financial Analyst, Financial Analyst or similar role.
• Strong experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills with strong financial modelling capabilities.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and management reporting.
• Ability to translate financial data into clear commercial insights and recommendations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.
• Prepare management reports, performance analysis and financial dashboards.
• Develop and maintain financial models for business planning and decision-making.
• Analyse financial performance, variances, trends and key business drivers.
• Provide commercial insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Evaluate investments, projects and business opportunities through financial feasibility and investment appraisal.
• Support pricing, commercial proposals and business case analysis.
• Conduct scenario, sensitivity and profitability analysis to support decision-making.
• Monitor key financial metrics, cash flow and working capital.
• Support financial reporting, controls, audit and compliance requirements.
• Work with business stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve revenue, margins, profitability and ROI.
