Job summary

We are seeking an Architecture Engineer with UAE experience in commercial interior and fit-out projects in Dubai. The role involves managing architectural drawings, technical coordination, site execution, and ensuring project requirements are met.

Key tasks include preparing and reviewing drawings, coordinating with interior designers, MEP teams, consultants, contractors and clients, reviewing shop drawings and documents, and conducting site inspections to address issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture required.
• 3–5 years UAE experience in commercial interior fit-out projects.
• Experience with offices, retail, F&B & hospitality projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and architectural detailing.
• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out execution and technical coordination.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review architectural drawings, layouts, and technical details.
• Coordinate with interior designers, MEP teams, consultants, contractors, and clients.
• Review shop drawings, material submissions, and technical documents.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve architectural technical issues.
• Ensure work complies with project specs, codes and authority requirements.
• Coordinate architectural works from design through project execution.
