A Dubai-based construction company is seeking an experienced Fit-Out Project Manager to oversee firefighting and fire alarm fit-out projects from planning through final handover. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field required.
• Proven experience managing firefighting and fire alarm fit‑out projects.
• Knowledge of NFPA standards, UAE Civil Defence regulations, and local construction requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute firefighting and fire alarm fit‑out projects.
• Develop project schedules, allocate resources, and monitor progress.
• Lead site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and installation teams.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and contractors for smooth delivery.
• Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Civil Defence regulations, NFPA standards, safety, and quality policies.
• Monitor costs, manpower, materials, and overall project performance.
• Prepare progress reports, updates, and commercial documentation.
• Manage variation orders, project claims, and client approvals.
• Conduct site inspections, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Support testing, commissioning, inspections, and handover.
