Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions and maintain accounting records.
• Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and supporting documents.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Perform bank reconciliations and verify financial transactions.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial and management reports.
• Maintain financial files, ledgers and documentation.
• Process expense claims and monitor petty cash transactions.
• Support VAT documentation, tax filing and audit preparation.
• Update accounting software and ensure data accuracy.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding invoices and payments.

This role is ideal for an individual with strong numerical and organizational skills who is eager to support daily financial operations, maintain accurate records, and contribute to the smooth functioning of the finance department. The successful candidate will work closely with senior finance professionals to ensure accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with recording daily financial transactions and maintaining accounting records.
• Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and supporting financial documents.
