• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or related field.
• Previous UAE accounting experience preferred.
• Knowledge of UAE VAT and tax compliance advantageous.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
• Experience with Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books or similar systems.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Record daily transactions, journal entries, receipts, payments, and expenses.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Prepare and verify invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and supporting documents.
• Perform regular bank and account reconciliations.
• Maintain and review general ledger accounts.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, schedules, and management reports.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and coordinate payment follow-ups.
• Verify expenses and ensure transactions are properly documented and authorized.
• Assist with VAT returns, tax documentation, and compliance-related activities.
• Support the preparation of financial information required for audits.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams regarding accounting and financial queries.
• Maintain organized digital and physical financial records.
• Identify accounting discrepancies and assist in resolving them promptly.
