Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing or related field.
• Previous experience in customer service, customer care, client relations, or telecalling is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp and other channels.
• Provide information about accounting, tax and consultancy services.
• Coordinate with teams to resolve customer concerns and schedule appointments.
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients regarding enquiries and service requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and requests.
• Escalate complex issues to management when needed.
• Prepare basic customer service reports and follow-up records.
