Al-Futtaim in Dubai is seeking a Field Sales Executive to drive sales and distribution of Toyota spare parts across IAM workshops. You will manage key customer relationships, exceed sales and gross margin targets, and execute strategic regional plans.

You will visit customers, build new accounts, sell aged stock per SOPs, and ensure timely payments while monitoring competitors and market trends to maximize profitability and growth for the designated region.

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant field.
• High selling skills in B2B automotive parts.
• Strong financial and market knowledge relevant to automotive parts.
• Excellent communication, customer orientation and teamwork.
• Ability to plan, organize and persevere in task-oriented roles.

Responsabilités

• Regularly visit customers and prepare visit reports from the designated region.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales and gross margin targets.
• Build rapport with existing customers and develop new customers.
• Sell aged stock following the SOPs and approvals.
• Ensure customer outstanding payments are under control and collect cheques as per the credit control departments statement.
• Maintain enquiry tracking system and prepare reports on lost sales.
• Supply materials to customers in line with company credit control policies.
• Prepare field visit reports whenever necessary for customer evaluation.
• Collect balance confirmation from the customer.
• Monitor competitor activities regularly and update the management.
• Administer prices of competition to offer the best value proposition while aligning with Gross Margin objectives.
• Ensure achievement of sales budget and targets for the designated region.
• Manage customer incentive schemes and ensure 100% accuracy and on-time payment.
• Administer sales activities to B2B parts dealers.
• Collaborate with various departments in the organization to meet customer needs.
• Strengthen relationships with existing and new customers through daily interaction and visits.
• Develop new business opportunities.
• Forecast regional performance, market trends, and track competitor information for reporting.
