A facilities management company is looking for a Facility Technician Handyman in Dubai. The candidate will carry out maintenance and handyman tasks related to MEP systems, including air conditioning, electrical, and plumbing duties. The role requires a minimum of 5 years' experience, particularly in villa settings, and proficiency in both English and Arabic. Relocation support is available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Facility Technician/Handyman or in related roles.
• Experience as a facility specialist primarily in villas.
• Ability to commute to Dubai; relocation support available.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and handyman tasks across MEP systems.
• Woodworking and mason upkeep functions as required.
• Monitor center facilities to ensure safe and functional operations.
