Job summary

Emirates Properties, a Dubai-based property management company, seeks an AC/Multi Technician with at least 2 years in the UAE. You will install, maintain, and repair AC/HVAC systems, perform preventive tasks, troubleshoot faults, and handle various HVAC equipment while adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years UAE experience as an AC Technician / Multi Technician.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and troubleshooting.
• Basic knowledge of MEP maintenance works.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of AC/HVAC systems.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot AC equipment faults.
• Handle split AC, package units, FCU, AHU, and other HVAC systems.
• Perform basic electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance tasks.
• Check refrigerant levels, compressors, motors, and electrical components.
• Attend maintenance requests and complete assigned tasks within timelines.
• Prepare service reports and maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Follow safety procedures and company standards during all activities.
