Job summary

Dubai Holding Asset Management is recruiting a Senior Executive Facilities Management to lead hard and soft services across its Dubai portfolio. The role covers budgeting support, service provider management, and ensuring SLAs are met for multiple sites.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s in Engineering (IWFM desirable) with at least 5 years of facilities management experience, including infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Facilities Management.
• IWFM or equivalent professional qualification is desirable.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in facilities management (infrastructure experience 3 years).

Responsibilities

• Assist in budgeting (Opex/Capex) and review quotations and WCRs.
• Conduct daily FM operations and ensure SLA-compliant services.
• Manage fixed FM contracts and monitor contractor performance.
• Coordinate with internal departments, procurement, HSE and service providers.
• Handle customer complaints and strive for high customer satisfaction.
