Inspect storage areas for organization and FIFO.
Complete inventories and requisition supplies.
Monitor dining room service, seating, safety, and guest well-being.
Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining and coaching employees; act as role model.
Follow safety policies; report incidents and complete safety training.
Maintain professional appearance and protect company assets.
Greet guests according to standards and address service needs.
