• Inspect grooming, attire, and inventory; complete opening/closing duties.
• Hire, train, schedule, evaluate, counsel, and motivate staff; role model behavior.
• Ensure safety policies and protect company assets; report incidents.
• Develop relationships and listen to staff concerns; improve efficiency and cost-savings.
• Read and verify information; move and lift up to 50 pounds; perform physical tasks.
