Job summary

Four Points by Sheraton Dubai on Sheikh Zayed Road is looking for a Guest Service Expert to help create a memorable dining experience for guests. You will greet guests, take orders, coordinate with the kitchen, and ensure smooth service in a fast-paced hotel environment.

As a non-management, full-time role, the job requires mobility on your feet for extended periods, attention to safety standards, and a professional appearance. Previous hospitality exposure is welcomed but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Less than 1 year of related work experience.
• No supervisory experience.
• License or certification: None

Responsibilities

• Assist guests by taking and delivering orders, and ensuring a memorable dining experience.
• Communicate with the kitchen and other team members to fulfill guest needs.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and service stations.
• Uphold safety, quality standards, and professional appearance at all times.
