Job summary

Ideal candidates have proven BD, sales or account management experience in events or marketing services, with strong communication skills in English and a network in the Dubai/GCC scene.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or account management within events, advertising, or marketing services in Dubai.
• Strong skills in lead generation, prospecting, and relationship building with corporate and brand partners.
• Ability to develop compelling proposals, pitch presentations, and tailored event solutions that address client needs.
• Solid negotiation, closing, and contract management capabilities, with a focus on achieving revenue and margin targets.
• Understanding of event production, brand activations, and integrated marketing campaigns, preferably in the Dubai or GCC market.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and deadlines.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and collaborating with cross-functional creative and operations teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in an agency setting and an established network in the local events and marketing industry is highly beneficial.
