Job summary

Gigamon in Dubai seeks a Sr. Regional Sales Director to lead direct sales across the Dubai region, covering large enterprise accounts.

This role is a hunter, responsible for identifying, qualifying and closing opportunities and driving Gigamon’s growth. You will manage all moving parts through the full lifecycle from discovery to closure, collaborate with Product Managers on strategic initiatives, and maintain strong relationships with local service providers and channel partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in consultative, solution selling with large enterprise customers.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end sales cycles and forecast accurately.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and business processes.

Responsibilities

• Sell company products within the Dubai region and named accounts to meet sales budgets.
• Maintain and log customer interactions in Salesforce CRM.
• Develop and execute effective sales calls using available resources.
• Close new business opportunities and drive incremental revenue.
• Collaborate with Product Managers on strategy, demonstrations and customer visits.
• Represent sales in cross-functional teams to develop and enhance products.
