Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of experience in a progressive organization, with at least 3 years in a trainer role.
• UAE insurance experience or exposure within GCC countries is preferred.
• Experience in insurance sales training is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular training needs assessments for Emirati employees.
• Design and deliver induction programs for new hires.
• Provide ongoing training on product knowledge and claims handling.
• Support Emirati employees with personalized coaching.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness.
