Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular training needs assessments for Emirati employees and identify skill and performance gaps
• Analyze performance metrics and feedback to define targeted training interventions
• Design and deliver induction programs for new hires covering systems, processes, and insurance fundamentals
• Provide ongoing training on product knowledge, underwriting processes, and claims handling
• Develop and deliver training modules for customer service, telephone effectiveness, operations, and client handling
• Support Emirati employees with career development through personalized coaching and guidance
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and refine programs for continuous improvement
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records for compliance, audits, and reporting
• Coordinate with external training agencies on program requirements and development
• Create engaging training content tailored to different learning needs and formats

Ideal Profile
