Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Key Account Manager in Dubai to lead EP product sales with a focus on disposables, software, and capital equipment. You will manage large accounts, build durable relationships, and influence center-level decisions to grow market share and margin.

You will collaborate with Regional Sales Managers, use PowerBI/Salesforce for insights, and align with Finance for margin improvements. English fluency and strong negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 3–5 years of experience in Electrophysiology (EP) clinical/sales role, preferably in Gulf region.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong advisory and negotiation skills with the ability to influence decisions.
• Excellent PC skills: MS Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provides Technical & Clinical Electrophysiology support to Physicians
• Builds partnerships with a long-term focus
• Interacts with purchasing groups, administration, and key decision makers in centers
• Interacts with patient/physician associations, governmental bodies, local networks
• Coordinates with Regional Sales Managers to identify sales opportunities and manage sales funnel
• Uses data and reports (PowerBI, Salesforce) to derive insights and drive the business
• Works with Country Manager and Financial Controller to identify Margin Improvement Plans
• Maintains a 360° view when building offers and deals
• Negotiates with centers and can influence decisions
• Prospects Strategic Customers and Detractors with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Understands future R&D roadmap and anticipates product entries
• Understands hospital referral networks and patient flow
