Job summary

Qantra is hiring an Economic Acceleration Advisor to identify high-value economic unlocks and drive them from problem to solution in rapid quarterly sprints. The role requires leading research, stakeholder interviews and quantitative analysis to validate pain points and scope the opportunity.

You will benchmark best practices, design feasible solutions, and secure buy-in from senior owners before handing over to implementation partners. Fluency in English and Arabic is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Economics, Public Policy, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• 10+ years in management consulting, economic policy, business analysis or related field.
• MBB (McKinsey, Bain, BCG) or Big Four strategy background strongly preferred.
• Proven strength in project scoping, structured problem-solving, strategic analysis and solution design.
• Strong grasp of economic-development trends, policy benchmarking and business-improvement methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, analytical and stakeholder-management skills.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic is essential.

Responsibilities

• Run research, expert calls and stakeholder interviews to understand sector-specific challenges.
• Analyse qualitative and quantitative data to validate pain points and scope the problem.
• Benchmark comparable local and global solutions and best practices.
• Design tailored, innovative, feasible solutions and pressure-test them with cross-functional teams.
• Present recommendations and secure alignment and buy-in from senior stakeholders and business owners.
• Facilitate clean handover to implementing partners, supported by a PMO team.
