Job summary

LEFTFIELD SOLUTIONS in Dubai is seeking an Economic Acceleration Advisor to support strategic initiatives, identify and accelerate sector-specific economic challenges, and deliver 100-day sprint projects.

You will benchmark best practices, design practical solutions, and engage senior stakeholders to secure buy-in, with PMO handover and ongoing support in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Public Policy, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in management consulting, economic policy, business analysis, strategy or a related field.
• Experience with project scoping, structured problem-solving, strategic analysis and solution design.
• Strong understanding of economic development, policy benchmarking and business improvement methodologies.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and securing buy-in for recommendations.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic is essential.

• Conduct research, expert interviews and stakeholder discussions to identify and validate sector-specific challenges.
• Analyse qualitative and quantitative information to define problems and establish clear project scope.
• Benchmark local and international best practices, policies and comparable solutions.
• Develop practical, commercially viable solutions based on stakeholder requirements and economic development priorities.
• Conduct feasibility assessments and structured analysis to assess potential solutions.
• Present recommendations to senior stakeholders and secure alignment and buy-in.
• Work closely with business owners and stakeholders to ensure solutions can be effectively implemented.
• Support the handover of completed solutions to the relevant business owner, with ongoing support through the PMO where required.
• Manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Economic Acceleration Advisor | Dubai | 12-Month Contract

We are supporting a confidential organisation in Dubai with the appointment of an Economic Acceleration Advisor to support strategic initiatives focused on identifying and accelerating solutions to sector-specific economic challenges.

The role will involve working across short, high-impact projects, typically delivered through focused 100-day sprints. You will identify and validate economic and business pain points, benchmark best practices, design practical solutions and work with key stakeholders to secure buy-in and transition solutions to the relevant business owners.

• Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in a leading management consultancy, Big Four or MBB environment is highly desirable.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic is essential.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure and deadline-driven environment.

Contract

Up to 12 months, with the possibility of extension.
