Job summary

FINCUT, a Dubai-based menswear brand, is seeking an E-commerce Supply Chain Manager to own end-to-end logistics from supplier to customer doorstep.

You will oversee demand planning, inventory control, procurement coordination and alignment with sales targets, while collaborating with merchandising, finance and operations to optimize performance. On-site role in Dubai with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of supply chain experience, incl. 2+ years in e‑commerce or fashion.
• Strong demand planning and forecasting aligned to sales and promos.
• Advanced analytics to interpret data, build reports, and improve performance.
• Experience in procurement and vendor management, including negotiations.
• Inventory management: stock control, replenishment, reductions.
• Excellent communication and organization; ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related field; APICS/CSCP a plus.
• Fluent in French and English. Mandarin is a high plus.

Responsibilities

• Demand forecasting and buying plan across styles, sizes, and colors.
• Track orders with factories, negotiate lead times and prices.
• Set up purchase orders, receiving and supplier payments processes.
• Manage freight, customs, and documentation for shipments.
• Maintain stock files and weekly projections; oversee stock counts.
• Oversee warehouse, delivery, and provider invoices against rates.
• Ensure ERP and warehouse systems align data with online store.
• Support budgeting and monthly margin reviews with management.
