Job summary

NSR Associates seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of CSA aspects on a landmark Data Centre project in Dubai. You will manage programmes, budgets, procurement, and site teams to meet objectives and ensure compliance with QA, HSE, and regulatory standards.

The role requires a proven track record in delivering data centre or industrial construction projects, strong planning and commercial skills, and experience coordinating diverse stakeholders in complex

Qualifications

Experience leading large construction projects with a data centre focus.
Strong understanding of project planning, procurement, and contract administration.
Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of the CSA aspects of a large Data Centre project.
Manage programmes, budgets, procurement activities, subcontractors, and site teams.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, authorities, and internal stakeholders.
Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
Ensure QA, health & safety, and statutory compliance across activities.
Prepare and present reports and commercial updates to senior management.
