Job summary

NSR Associates seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of CSA aspects on a landmark Data Centre project in Dubai. You will manage programmes, budgets, procurement, and site teams to meet objectives and ensure compliance with QA, HSE, and regulatory standards.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the end-to-end delivery of the CSA aspects of a large Data Centre project.
2. Manage project programmes, budgets, procurement activities, subcontractors, and site teams to achieve project objectives.
3. Coordinate with clients, consultants, authorities, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
4. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation and recovery plans to maintain delivery targets.
5. Ensure compliance with quality assurance, health & safety, and statutory requirements across all project activities.
6. Prepare and present project reports, commercial updates, and performance reviews to senior management and clients.

Candidate Requirements

1. Minimum 10 years of project management experience within the construction sector.
2. Proven track record delivering Data Centres or Industrial type building projects.
3. Strong understanding of project planning, construction methodologies, procurement, commercial management, and contract administration.
4. Experience managing multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and subcontractors on complex construction projects.
5. Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
6. UAE experience is highly desirable; however, strong international experience within data centre or industrial projects will also be considered.
