Job summary

Globe Vessel Shipping Services LLC in Dubai is seeking an experienced Customs Documentation Executive to join its freight forwarding team. The role focuses on import and export customs documentation, clearance procedures, and shipping operations.

You will manage documentation processes, coordinate with internal teams and partners, and ensure timely execution of AWB and related duties. UAE logistics experience and ability to work independently are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in Dubai Import & Export Customs Documentation.
• Knowledge of Customs Clearance procedures.
• Experience with DNATA Dock Booking.
• Experience in Air Waybill (AWB) execution.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively.
• Candidates must hold a valid UAE residence visa (Dependent Visa).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage import and export customs documentation.
• Handle customs clearance procedures and ensure accurate document processing.
• Execute Air Waybill (AWB) documentation and related shipping requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams, customers, and logistics partners.
• Manage DNATA Dock Booking processes.
• Ensure timely completion of documentation tasks and maintain accurate records.
• Support smooth freight forwarding operations.
