Job summary

KRISHLOGIX GLOBAL SHIPPING LLC in Dubai is seeking an experienced Freight Forwarding & Customs Clearance specialist to drive new business while maintaining strong client relationships. You will handle import/export documentation and ensure compliance with UAE procedures.

Key duties include coordinating with Dubai Customs, carriers, and customers; preparing BLs, AWBs, invoices, packing lists, and customs documents; and managing customs queries and shipment releases.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Freight Forwarding & Customs Clearance in Dubai/UAE
• Strong knowledge of Dubai Customs procedures and documentation
• Understanding of import/export regulations, HS classification, duties and VAT
• Strong customer-handling and communication skills
• Sales/business development experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Generate new business and maintain customer relationships
• Handle Import Export documentation and Customs Clearance
• Manage customs declarations, HS Codes, duty, VAT procedures, permits and required approvals
• Coordinate with Dubai Customs, shipping lines, airlines, transporters and customers
• Prepare and verify BL, AWB, commercial invoices, packing lists and customs documents
• Handle customs queries, inspections, amendments and shipment releases
• Follow up on shipments from documentation to final delivery
• Ensure compliance with applicable UAE Dubai Customs procedures
