Qualifications

• 4–7 years of relevant experience, including UAE law firm exposure.
• Hands-on corporate and commercial matters with dispute experience.
• Excellent English legal drafting, analytical and communication skills.

• Assist with corporate and commercial advisory matters.
• Handle commercial disputes, litigation and arbitration, including submissions.
